Dolphin Coast

Embark on a 5-day self-drive journey from Perth to Geraldton, beginning with a visit to the Pinnacles in Nambung National Park, followed by a drive through Greenough to Geraldton, a popular coastal town known for its sunny climate and spring wildflowers. From Geraldton, continue north along the North West Coastal Highway to Monkey Mia, home to the famous dolphins and the world-renowned stromatolites at Hamelin Pool. Take a relaxing day to enjoy the stunning beaches or go on a boat tour to spot dugongs. Head south to Kalbarri, where you can explore the striking gorges of Kalbarri National Park and the Murchison River. On the final day, choose between two routes back to Perth: the shorter route via Geraldton and the Swan Valley for wine tasting, or the scenic inland route through Mingenew and New Norcia, visiting the Benedictine Mission before returning to Perth.
