In our opinion, this is the best hotel in the area and six km from Plitvice Lakes. Hotel is in the style of Alpine lodge and is family owned and run. The ambience is somewhere between an Alpine and a country lodge befitting the tranquil location.
Accommodation
Twins, doubles and family rooms (these sleep five). Some rooms have terrace or balcony. Views vary, most towards gardens or woods.

Breakfast is served buffet style. Plum Café with semi-open terrace. À la carte restaurant with local specialities. Own bakery and patisserie. Half board may be a served menu or buffet style according to hotel occupancy. This region of Croatia has meat featuring heavily on the menu with local river trout also a speciality. Outdoor pool with free sunbeds. Outdoor gym. Excursions can be arranged. Hiking trails using marked paths. Horse-riding stables close by. Car park. Free Wi-fi. Hotel shuttle bus morning/afternoon to/from lakes, usually operates from late May.
