The Pool restaurant for breakfast, light snacks and à la carte lunch. For half board, guests can choose the informal Villa Cipriani which serves Italian specialities for à la carte dinner or the Michelin starred William Restaurant offers modern European cuisine with a contemporary Madeiran twist, open for dinner (five times a week in summer and once a week during winter, half board guests receive a credit) or guests can enjoy the Cocktail bar. During winter the Dining Room offers a weekly table d’hôte menu or the Sunrise Deck during summer for half board guests. Half board payable locally.
